Terms of Use
These terms apply to the SkinScore AI app ("the app"), operated by Alican Kesen, Gaziantep, Türkiye ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. What the app is
SkinScore AI is a wellness app. It gives a playful, non-medical impression of how your skin looks in a selfie: a score, an estimated skin age, sub-scores, short notes and lifestyle habits. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition and does not give medical advice. Do not use it to make health decisions; consult a doctor or dermatologist for those.
2. Using the app
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Scan only yourself, or someone who is present and has agreed to be scanned.
- Do not try to overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service. We may limit or refuse requests that do.
3. Free use and subscriptions
The first scan is free. Further scans, the skin age and the full face map need SkinScore Pro, an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play in your local currency:
- Yearly, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Weekly.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel before it ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Subscribers may run up to 20 scans a day so that the service stays available to everyone. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Your content
Your photos and results are yours and stay on your phone. We process a photo only to produce its result, as described in the Privacy Policy, and do not keep it.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or discontinue features, and may change prices for future periods with notice through the store. The analysis depends on a third-party model; results can vary between photos, lighting and versions, and the service may be briefly unavailable.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty about the accuracy of any score or note, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
